Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry, data validation, quality assurance, research, or database maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
• Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently research information and verify its accuracy
• Comfort with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while meeting deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and collaborate in a remote environment
• Preferred: Experience with data cleansing, data verification, or database management
• Preferred: Experience reviewing AI-generated information for accuracy
• Preferred: Familiarity with product catalogs, inventory databases, or part-number cross-referencing
• Preferred: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or technical data environments
• Automotive or truck parts experience is not required; programming or advanced coding experience is not necessary

• Research and verify product information, part numbers, and cross-reference data
• Review AI-generated or AI-processed data to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies
• Investigate discrepancies and make corrections to improve data accuracy
• Update and maintain records in internal databases and systems
• Conduct online research to confirm product and technical information
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Manage assigned work while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations
• Participate in virtual training, team meetings, and project updates

We are Advanced Personnel Resources, and we are seeking detail-oriented Data Quality Analysts for a project supporting a large, established global manufacturing organization. This remote role is a long-term, project-based contract expected to last approximately 12 months, depending on project needs. The schedule is to be determined, with availability to collaborate during U.S. Eastern Time business hours required. Compensation is based on experience. The position offers an opportunity to support a large-scale data quality improvement initiative and gain experience working with structured data, research, and emerging AI-assisted processes.
