Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and being part of a dependable team? Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is hiring Dishwashers for our Evergreen location. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
\nCompensation and Benefits
\nPay Range: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
\nFull-time and part-time positions available

\nResponsibilities
\nWash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
\nMaintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas
\nRemove trash, recycling, and cardboard as needed
\nSweep and mop floors and assist with general cleaning duties
\nProperly store clean dishes and kitchen equipment
\nAssist the kitchen team with basic prep or closing duties when assigned
\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
\nCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff and managers
\n Ideal Candidates Will Have
\nPrevious restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but we will train the right person
\nA dependable and positive attitude
\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
\nStrong teamwork and communication skills
\nAbility to follow directions and stay organized
\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
\nScheduling and Requirements
\nMust be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
\nReliable transportation to our Littleton location is required
\nColorado Paid Sick Leave
\nEmployees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, in accordance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
\nAdditional paid leave may be available during a declared public health emergency, as required by law.
