Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event planning and coordination, looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and seminars to social gatherings and community engagements. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of event logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and negotiate contracts. Support event marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and managing social media updates. Maintain accurate event documentation including schedules, attendee lists, and budgets. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operation and promptly address any issues that arise. Qualifications

Requirements Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. Additional Information
